Brotherhood
A private standard for driven men in business — introductions made deliberately, character held above all.
Not a network.
A brotherhood.
This is not a chamber of commerce. It is not a card you buy your way into. It is a standard held collectively, by every man who has already been let in — which is exactly why it matters who gets let in next.
What holds the standard.
What We Expect Of You
What You Can Expect Of Us
What we stand for.
Leadership
Standards set from the top and held all the way down. We do not ask members for a discipline the leadership itself is unwilling to practice. Every founding decision has been made with the question: would we want to be held to this, ourselves? If the answer was no, it did not make the cut.
Integrity
The standard shows in how members show up for one another — in the deals nobody sees, the introductions made with nothing to gain, the hard conversations had directly instead of behind closed doors. Integrity here is not a value statement on a wall. It is the reason the vetting process exists at all.
Legacy
We are building for the men who come after us, not just the quarter ahead. That means a not-for-profit backbone that turns membership into contribution — welfare and education causes, supported Australia-wide — and a brotherhood designed to outlast any single member's tenure in it.
Excellence
Every touchpoint is engineered to move you forward, not just feel good in the moment. That is the difference between a brotherhood and a social club: we measure whether the standard is actually changing outcomes for the men who hold it, and we adjust when it is not.
Values you can test us on.
These are not aspirational. They are what current members will tell you the brotherhood is actually like.
How you enter.
The Conversation
It starts with an introduction — from an existing member, or a short conversation with the team about who you are and what you're building. There is no online form to skip this step; the conversation is the point.
Quiet Review
Character and contribution are considered, not just revenue or title. Every introduction is reviewed within 24 hours — we do not believe a good man should be left wondering for weeks. Some reviews take a single conversation. Others take a few.
A Proper Welcome
Accepted members are introduced into the brotherhood personally — matched to the rooms, gatherings and people where you'll move fastest. You are not handed a login and left to figure it out.
The Standard, Held
Membership runs both ways from here. You give as you gain — backing the men beside you, contributing to the causes the brotherhood serves, and eventually, making the introductions that bring the next good man in.

Who keeps the standard.
The same leadership behind Queens of Business. One organisation, one standard — building rooms where men and women in business both rise.
Aimee Tink
Aimee co-founded Kings of Business alongside Chinelle Wardle. An entrepreneur and recruiter by background, she brings a people-first lens to the standard the brotherhood holds — vetting for character as closely as capability.
Chinelle Wardle
Chinelle co-founded Kings of Business alongside Aimee Tink. A financial advocate and business leader with a strong community focus, she has shaped how the brotherhood balances commercial rigour with genuine contribution.
Andrew Rouse
Andrew is an entrepreneur and technology founder with experience spanning investment and mining executive roles. As a shareholder, he brings an operator's eye to how the standard is built and held at scale.
Rhonda Campbell
Rhonda is a leader and brand builder recognised as an advocate for people in business. As a shareholder, she keeps the brotherhood's focus grounded in the people it exists to serve, not just the businesses they run.
One organisation.
Two Legacies.
Kings of Business and Queens of Business share the same founding leadership and the same line in the sand.
Legacy isn't a slogan.
Unspoken is the not-for-profit standing behind both sides of this family — the same organisation, the same director, built by the same leadership as Queens of Business.
A brotherhood that only serves the men inside it isn't much of a standard. Unspoken is where membership turns into contribution — a Special Purpose Company Limited by Guarantee, set up so the reach of this network does more than grow the men in it. Every member who enters The Brotherhood stands behind it.
Education
Backing mentoring and skills programs for young people and families who start without the access most of us take for granted. A man who's made it owes something to the ones still finding their footing.
Welfare
Standing behind individuals and families through hardship, in partnership with welfare organisations across Australia. Real strength shows up when nobody's watching and nothing's owed back.
Community
Closing the gap between the boardroom and the neighbourhood outside it. A business that thrives has an obligation to the community that let it thrive — that's not charity, that's the deal.
Nina Nguyen
Nina directs Unspoken across both sides of this network — Kings of Business and Queens of Business alike. She holds the philanthropic arm to the same standard the brotherhood holds itself: real outcomes, not gestures, and a legacy built to outlast any one member's time in the room.
“To give back, and not be forgotten.”
Kings of Business stands shoulder-to-shoulder with Queens of Business — because the strongest standard is one that lifts everyone who holds it.
Enquiry Received
